Iranishop Oman — Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 14 October 2026
Welcome to Iranishop. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of iranishop.om, your account, product inquiries, orders, payments, delivery, returns, and related services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, and you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
2. About Iranishop
Iranishop is an online marketplace that presents selected Iranian products to customers in the Sultanate of Oman. Product information is supplied by sellers and reviewed by Iranishop before publication. Iranishop may correct presentation, classification, or obvious content errors and may suspend or remove a product that does not comply with applicable requirements.
3. Products and product information
Products are subject to availability, and availability is confirmed before payment.
The result of a stock availability inquiry is valid for seven days from the date it is issued. After this period, a new inquiry and confirmation of availability are required before payment.
Product descriptions, country of origin, specifications, images, videos, brochures, ingredients, certifications, and warranties are based on information supplied by the seller or manufacturer.
Images and videos are intended to represent the product accurately. Minor non-material differences in color or packaging may occur because of display settings or production changes.
Iranishop may correct obvious errors, request further information, or stop offering a product where reasonably necessary.
4. Prices and price validity
Prices are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The displayed product price is the price declared by the seller after currency conversion where applicable. Iranishop's seller commission is not added to the displayed product price.
A product price may have a stated validity date. After that date, the previous price may remain visible for reference, but a new inquiry and confirmation are required before purchase.
Promotions and discounts apply only during their stated period and subject to their stated conditions.
An obvious pricing or technical error does not bind Iranishop. If such an error affects a quotation or payment, Iranishop will contact the customer to correct or cancel the affected transaction and arrange any required refund.
5. Stock and shipping quotation process
Adding products to the cart and submitting the cart sends a request for stock and shipping quotation; it does not by itself create a paid or finally accepted order.
Iranishop will check the availability of each requested item and calculate the total shipping charge. The quotation and payment link will include only the items confirmed as available, their confirmed prices, and the total shipping charge. Unavailable items will not be charged.
The quotation and payment link are normally valid for seven days from issue, as shown in the quotation email or customer account. Stock, price, and shipping may require a new inquiry after expiry. An order enters processing only after successful payment has been confirmed.
6. Retail and wholesale inquiries
Products may be offered for retail sale, wholesale sale, or both. Wholesale products may use quantity ranges, a minimum order quantity (MOQ), a specified unit of measure, and a different price for each range.
A wholesale request sent through WhatsApp is an inquiry only. It is not a confirmed order, reservation, or payment obligation until Iranishop confirms availability, price, shipping, and any other applicable conditions.
7. Orders and payment
Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Iranishop.
Before payment, the customer must review the available items, quantities, prices, shipping charge, delivery information, and final total shown in the quotation.
Online payments are processed through an approved third-party payment gateway. Iranishop does not store complete payment-card details.
In-person payment is also available at the Iranishop showroom in Muscat.
The customer will receive an order confirmation or invoice showing the essential transaction details. An Arabic invoice will be made available where required by Omani law.
Iranishop may reject or cancel an unpaid order because of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or another legitimate reason.
If payment is received for a transaction that cannot be fulfilled, Iranishop will arrange a refund through the applicable payment channel. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
8. Shipping, delivery, and transport insurance
Delivery is available within the Sultanate of Oman to the locations supported at the time of quotation.
The shipping charge is calculated after stock confirmation and is shown separately before payment.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may change because of logistics, customs, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer where permitted.
Goods are insured for transport in accordance with the applicable insurance terms. Claims for transport damage are assessed and pursued with the insurer, and compensation is subject to the insurer's coverage, exclusions, evidence requirements, and approved amount.
9. Returns, refunds, and mandatory consumer rights
For an unused product that is complete and undamaged internally and externally, Iranishop offers a voluntary return period of seven calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated here. Handover for this voluntary return is accepted only at the designated Iranishop office in Oman, unless Iranishop gives different written instructions. The product must include its original accessories, labels, and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
The voluntary seven-day policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Under Omani consumer-protection law, a customer may have the right to return or exchange a defective product, a product that does not conform to required specifications, or a product that does not serve the agreed purpose within fifteen days of receipt, except for rapidly perishable consumer goods, provided proof of purchase is supplied and the defect was not caused by misuse. Any longer warranty or other mandatory legal right continues to apply.
Customers should contact Iranishop promptly if a product arrives damaged, was delivered incorrectly, has a manufacturing defect, or materially differs from its published description. Iranishop will inspect the product and coordinate the appropriate return, replacement, repair, or refund procedure. Refunds are made through the available payment channel after approval; processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
10. Product quality and responsibility
Sellers and manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of product specifications, ingredients, origin, certifications, safety information, and warranties they provide. Iranishop may perform reviews and quality checks, but these checks do not replace the legal responsibilities of the seller or manufacturer.
If a product's quality, authenticity, condition, or specifications materially differ from the information supplied and published, Iranishop may reject the product, assist the customer under the return policy, and seek applicable costs or losses from the responsible seller.
11. Reviews and customer content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, promotional, or irrelevant content. Iranishop may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms while preserving legitimate critical feedback.
12. Intellectual property
The website design, Iranishop name and logos, and content created by Iranishop are owned by or licensed to Iranishop. Product trademarks and seller-supplied materials remain the property of their respective owners. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without the relevant owner's prior permission, except as allowed by law.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with availability or security; misuse another person's account; submit fraudulent information; or infringe the rights of Iranishop, sellers, customers, or third parties.
14. Privacy and third-party services
Use of personal information is governed by Iranishop's Privacy Policy. Payment gateways, WhatsApp, delivery providers, insurers, and other third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Iranishop is not responsible for independent third-party content or practices, but remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, Iranishop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Iranishop's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to that claim.
16. Changes, governing law, and disputes
Iranishop may update these Terms when its services, processes, or legal obligations change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through Iranishop support. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection procedure.
17. Contact
Questions, quotation issues, return requests, and complaints may be submitted through the Contact page or the official contact channels displayed on iranishop.om.
